Booking cancellation

Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night’s stay.
In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation may be charged.
Early departures are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the platform used to make the reservation.
